REGULATIONS AND SAFETY



Regulations

Dear customers, the payment of the entrance implies the acceptance of all hygiene, safety, and attraction usage regulations. Please follow staff instructions and signage to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone.

  • Glass or metal containers are not allowed in the park.
  • It is not allowed to bring food or drinks into the park.
  • Aquapark is not responsible for lost items; lockers are available.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Children and adults cannot use slides together.
  • Some rides have minimum and maximum height and age restrictions.
  • The use of attractions is forbidden for pregnant women.
  • Watches, jewelry, and non-swimming clothing are forbidden on attractions.
  • Go-Pro and any type of camera are forbidden on water slides.
  • Proper swimwear is required on all attractions and swimming pools.
  • Aquapark is not responsible for early closure due to weather or technical issues.
  • ID or passport is required for card payments.
  • Canary resident discounts require valid identification.
  • Pets are not allowed, except guide dogs.
  • Sunbeds and lockers are limited and not reservable.
  • Tickets and promotional passes are personal and non-transferable.
  • Management may refuse admission or expel guests for bad behavior.
  • No refunds are issued for non-compliance with park rules.
  • Swimming pools are not heated.
Safety

At Aquapark Costa Teguise, visitor safety is our highest priority. Qualified and certified staff constantly supervise all facilities.

Attraction use is subject to height, weight, and usage restrictions, which must always be respected. Lifeguards are present at all times.

An on-site infirmary is available to provide immediate assistance if needed. This service is free for all guests.
